    If you are buying there are two questions you will probably want to know - is the building in good condition and does it leak.

    Our building inspection service will answer those questions by highlighting the attributes and defects. We will report on any areas that indicate excess moisture using non-invasive meters.

    If you are selling, you will ideally want your property well presented with little or no defects and with acceptable moisture levels around all the known high risk areas.

    Our Building inspection service will highlight defects and check for moisture issues before it goes to market. You’ll then have time for any remediation.

    There is nothing worse than losing a deal because the buyer’s inspector has found an issue no one knew about.

    Potential issues
