I started Property Reports during the height of the New Zealand’s leaky homes saga, and since 2008, have inspected hundreds of homes, and become an experienced, trusted expert in pre-purchase building inspections. I work closely alongside banks, real estate agents, and lawyers in the property transaction process.

I am a registered member of NZIBI. My aim is to provide you with a comprehensive, inspection report you can trust. A report that enables you to make big decisions with confidence; knowing you have the best available information on the condition of the property.
