Things change over time
A great building in 1990, could be a leaky home waiting to happen. A Weathertightness report will highlight areas of the building that aren’t performing as expected against the building code for Durability and External Moisture standards.

Weathertightness inspections are not always the best option. However, if your bank requires one, the Risk Matrix score is ‘High’, or you just want peace of mind, then a Weathertightness Inspection is for you.

The inspection
Over time fixings become loose allowing water to creep behind the cladding. In this picture, water gained access to the frame. It was detected during a weather-tightness inspection
